Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations within an area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role requires a collaborative approach to managing teams, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction across all locations. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development and enhance market presence.
• Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to ensure budget adherence and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by implementing best practices across all locations.
• Manage project initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to location managers to develop their leadership capabilities and drive team performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-unit role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position in the QSR or Fast Casual restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on collaboration and sales growth.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and managing diverse teams effectively.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with profit loss management and financial reporting is essential.
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Project management skills with the capability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
